LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EC-PRO
You
should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
Software.
1.
The EC-Pro V2.0 is software
- You can use Demo version of this Software for one month from Day 1 of the installation.
2.
If you wish to use EC-Pro
V2.0 without functional limitations, you MUST register/subscribe it.
3. You may not use, copy,
emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this
license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
4.
Once registered or
subscribe this software then user can access
full features (Users allowed screens) and to use this Software by legally.
5.
Our product’s developer MUST accept your new requirement
to implement your new feature within our product if you need. The same will be
chargeable and any situation we do not give source code of this product.
6.
All copyrights are
exclusively owned by the legitimate owner (Siva Murugesan). Include all of the
documentation and software’s of the EC-Pro packages are copyrighted by Siva M
Software Solutions.
7.
Mr. Siva has the
right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove provisions from this license agreement at any time
without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately.
8.
Installing and
using EC-Pro signifies acceptance of these terms
and conditions of the license.
9.
If you do not agree
with the terms of this license you must remove EC-Pro files from your storage
devices and cease to use the product.
10.
THIS SOFTWARE IS
DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SIVA M
SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA,
LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SDK OR ACCOMPANYING
DOCUMENTATION, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.THIS LIMITATION
WILL APPLY EVEN IF SIVA M SOFTWARE SOLUTION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGE. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ACCEPTING THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT
THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK.
11.
Once sold the product
or subscribed the product then Amount cannot
be refund and we have the all rights to change this rules and
regulation at any time without inform user.
12.
We have rights to
cancel the agreement with user Even without inform users.
13.
Please find the
product price list – Anytime we have rights to change the price list without
notice customer
