Exam cell
Professional v1.0 which is used to perform exam cell activities based on Anna
University norms. It produces accuracy results, easy to use, easy to
maintenance. It has many features which are reduce manual works as well as
mistakes like last minute external allocation wrong calculations etc. This software
is used to complete exam cell management system. In this application we can arrange
exam hall seating arrangement for college students as per Anna University as
well as school students also for exams.

Arrangements
As per Anna University each
class should have 5 X 5 = 25 students can allow to sit and also snake flows. In
this software can easily allot. As well as external also selected as per room.
In Anna University norms 50:50 or 60:40 or 70:30 external: internal
respectively.

APPOINTMENT ORDER

Dr./Thiru/Thitumathi/Selvi DEVANTHIRAN.L ASST/PROFESSOR is hereby appointed as Hall Superintendent
for the Anna University Examinations scheduled during APR/MAY 2014 in this
College. The date and time of invigilation work is notified hereunder. He / She
is directed to report to the Chief Superintendent of the University
Examination at least thirty minutes before the commencement of the
Examination. Those who are coming late will not be allowed to function as
Hall Superintendents.
The Hall Superintendents shall not absent themselves from
attending the invigilation work without obtaining the written permission of
the Chief Superintendent. In case Hall Superintendent is unable to accept the
order, he / she has to find a substitute and the acceptance of the substitute
to undertake the responsibility of Hall Superintendent shall be produced to
the Chief Superintendent. Request for leave without making an alternative
arrangement will not be entertained. Hall Superintendent will carry out the
duties as per the instructions contained in the "Instructions
Manual" for the conduct of Examinations issued by the University and
other instructions issued by the COE from time to time.
